Regge Life, director of the widely acclaimed "Struggle & Success: The 
African American Experience in Japan," will appear in person with his new 
film DOUBLES, for this special screening & discussion.

Over two years in the making, DOUBLES features persons born of Japanese & 
American natioals, from the turn of the century until today.  In the 
fifty years since the end of World War II, what has changed and what 
remains the same for the intercultural children of Japanese and 
Americans?  DOUBLES is the first in-depth look at the lives of the 
intercultural chilren of Japanese and Americans from inside America as 
well as from inside Japan.
